Acceptable Location. Several Issues

The hotel location IS pretty good. The subway station is right outside.
Our room felt a little run down. It needed a good clean AND paint. The hotel is right on the train line but there isn't anything around for dinner. It was hard to buy water other than from the bar at nearly 8€ for a small bottle.

The hotel lobby was spacious with comfortable seating. I found the public transport connections to be very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered many options, including various fruits and hot dishes. The hotel also provided board games for children.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours, sometimes resulting in short waits.

The hotel's location provided easy access to the Speicherstadt. I found the proximity to the U-Bahn station quite beneficial. It allowed convenient travel to various city attractions.
